Transgender high school student Jewlyes Gutierrez stood her ground now faces battery charges

Hercules High school student Jewlyes Gutierrez retaliated after years of being bullied and now faces legal charges for defending herself.
The three girls who attacked including Gutierrez were suspended and latter made public apologies to each other. The school which ignored her initial complaints prior to the fight will be updating it's student guidelines this month, presumably to include gender identity.

The school's district president thought the fight which like the dozens of other fights on school grounds that occur yearly, had been properly handled and a resolution achieved.

But the District attorney does not agree and is pursuing battery charges against Gutierrez.



Charles Ramsey, the school district's president says that the District attorneys decision is "completely biased and absurd."

"There are fights that happen at school campuses every day. What's the real motive here?" he lashed out to the Daily News by phone Thursday.

Of the 21 years he's served on the school board, after previously serving as an attorney, he argues: "I've never seen something where a child has been bullied and, yeah, they did something inappropriate but the school dealt with it."
"They went through a period of apologizing to one another and then going back to school. And then the district attorney filed criminal charges? Wow," he said.

Ramsey said he praises the teen's bravery for turning the situation into a public discussion after bringing the charge's attention not just to the school board — which claims to have otherwise not realized what had been done — but to local media as well.

"This is just a young child who is 16-years-old, already going through a lot of stress," he said. "This is a remedy? Is this the way we want to deal with children?"

If you agree with the the Contra Costa school president and her friends and family that these charges should be dropped there is a petition you can sign.

Standing up for ones self in a fight is nothing compared to speaking about it in front of the school board as Jewlyes Gutierrez did.

Petition effort to repeal Cal Trans student inclusive law goes to next step

Filers like the one to the left posted in public school restrooms combined with the lies of the signature gathers drove enough people to sign a petition calling for a public vote on AB 1266. The petition fell short of the number of valid signatures needed to automatically force a vote.

Now each and every signature will now be checked for authenticity and if a certain amount are valid, AB 1266, the bill which levels the field for transgender California school children will be voted on.

Last week a court gave special privilege to the hate group sponsoring this drive and ruled that the signatures that were delivered after the post office closed on the cutoff date would be allowed, thus adding enough valid signatures to reach this point.

"Privacy for students" is rejoice  in demonizing trans student in their effort to force a vote on a law helping trans student succeed. But let it be known, gay and lesbian folks, if they succeed in this they will not stop.

San Antonio Transman Matthew Hileman files discrimination complaint against ATT

Hileman left his job as a consultant of AT&T in September. He says he had no other choice because two coworkers threatened him by posting a note on his chair after they discovered his secret gender identity (sic).

"Frankly it was a no smoking sign that said 'no fag'," said Justin Nichols, Hileman's lawyer. "And it was interpreted by my client as a direct threat," he added.

Now Hileman is making San Antonio history. His case is billed by his attorney as the first complaint filed under the non-discrimination ordinance.

Oneal Ron Morris South Florida Transgender "Fake butt doctor" begins serving sentence

Transgender woman Oneal Ron Morris turned herself in to serve a 365 day sentence for injecting peoples rear ends with a toxic mixture.

Morris escaped a possible 15 year sentence because police were unable to verify the contents of the injections due to the delays in reporting the crimes by the victims.

Morris will serve this sentence which may only be 6 months with time served but she still has to stand trial for manslaughter for injecting a person in Broward county.

Are "Living Dolls" Men who wear feminine rubber suits under the Trans Umbrella?

To be clear these men are not transgender, "Masking" is a 'weird' cisgender fetish.

Trans people are on a quest to live authentically, something that could never be done behind a mask. Sentiments like these were expressed by my friends over and over after I broached this subject yesterday after seeing this article at the Daily Mail which began with this:

With her long blonde locks, curvaceous figure and elfin features, 40-something Sherry is a woman few men would turn down. But there’s a catch. Sherry isn’t really a woman at all. Instead, she’s a retired property developer from California named Robert.

"Curvaceous figure and elfin features", "few men would turn down"? Really?

But, let me play the devils advocate for a moment and drop my trans privilege.

So it's perfectly acceptable for trans woman to wear breast forms and trans men to wear penis prosthesis but it's troubling, even weird when one wears a rubber body suit? After all, one of the major purveyors of these suits FemSkin is loaded with transgender links. Maybe there are already many trans identified people masking? And who am I to judge all of humankind transkind and cisgender?





My 2 cents? I believe in live and let live but for the life of me I do not understand what motivates people to do this. It also weirds me out. Sorry, guys but masks do that to me.

One friend commented that this pastime reminds her of autogynephilia that formally was the basis of the DSM prognosis of transsexualism:

 "Adult males who are sexually attracted to females, to both males and females, or to neither sex usually report a history of erotic arousal associated with the thought or image of oneself as a woman (termed autogynephilia).

The DSM V no longer includes Blanchard's abhorrent stigmatization of trans people due to our increased visibility and that's not something that could be accomplished behind a mask.

Or maybe perhaps social perceptions can be changed by someone behind a mask. The annual Rubber Doll World Rendezvous has an explicit set of rules that for the life of me appear focused on improving the worlds perception of "Masking". After all, Look what Anonymous is accomplishing and no they didn't 'weird' me out.

So are Living Dolls under the trans umbrella or just cis people engaging in harmless Cosplay?
